Spot a scam GTA job before it costs you.
These are the warning signs. Every post on GTA6HIRE has to pass the same rules before it goes live.
Never pay to get work
An employer pays you. You never pay an employer to apply, to get “access” to a job, to buy a course or to receive a test task. A post that asks for money is a scam, and GTA6HIRE takes it down.
Never send ID or a date of birth
Nobody needs your passport, driver’s license, date of birth or bank login to judge a clip, a map or a script. Payment details come later, through a payment service you choose, once both sides have agreed the work.
Never run a file as a test
A “test” that asks you to download and run a program, a script or a mod installer can take over your accounts. Do test work in your own editor, on files you chose.
The pay is stated in money
Every GTA6HIRE post states the pay, or says plainly that the role is unpaid. Pay in crypto, gift cards or in-game money is a warning sign. GTA6HIRE does not list roles built on wagers or games of chance, or roles that sell in-game money for real money.
Rockstar does not hire here
Not jobs at Rockstar Games. Rockstar Games posts its own jobs on its own careers site. A post that says Rockstar or Take-Two hires through GTA6HIRE is false.
GTA 6 roleplay has no date
Roleplay servers run on GTA V today, most of them on FiveM. No GTA 6 roleplay date exists, and no PC version of GTA 6 has been announced. Treat any post that names a start date for GTA 6 roleplay as a guess.
Report a post
Every post can be reported. Write to ruckus@ruckusclipping.com with the post’s title and the word Report in the subject. A person at RUCKUS reads each report.
