Plain language. This is what the GTA6HIRE forms collect and what RUCKUS does with it.
What the alert form collects
The alert form sends five things: the email address you type, your tick that you are 18 or older, your tick that RUCKUS may email you, the name of this site (gta6hire) and the time you sent it. RUCKUS never asks for ID, a date of birth, a postal address or a phone number here.
What the post and talent forms collect
The post form sends the role, the game, the title and description, the pay range and its unit, whether the work is remote, an optional platform, the apply link, the name of your server, studio or channel, an optional server or studio name, and the https contact link you give. The talent form sends your handle, the roles you do, the portfolio and public contact links you give, and your tick that you are 18 or older. Neither form asks for an email address, a phone number, a postal address, ID or a date of birth.
Where it goes
The alert form passes through a small function on this site to RUCKUS HQ, the studio’s own contact records, hosted by Supabase in the United States. The post and talent forms pass through their own small functions to RUCKUS’s job queue, in the same Supabase project. A post or a talent listing reaches the board only after a person at RUCKUS approves it. Until the queue is open, the form says so and nothing you typed is stored. None of these functions keeps a copy of what you type. To slow down floods of spam sends, each function holds the network address of recent attempts in its own memory, never on disk, counts the tries from each address over ten minutes, and forgets them when the function restarts.
The confirmation email
RUCKUS sends one confirmation email through Resend, its email provider. Your permission is recorded only after you click the link in it. If you never click, nothing else arrives.
What RUCKUS does with it
RUCKUS uses your address for the launch desk email, which carries new posts and new role guides. RUCKUS never sells or shares the list. A post or a talent listing is shown on the site only after a person at RUCKUS approves it.
How long it stays
Your address stays until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. After an unsubscribe, RUCKUS keeps a do-not-contact note so the address is never added back by mistake. A post comes down when its end date passes, and a talent listing comes down when you ask.
Delete it
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. To delete your address completely, see Remove your details.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. Vercel, which hosts the site, keeps its own server logs to run it.
Age
The alert list and the talent list are for people 18 or older, self-attested. RUCKUS never asks for ID or a date of birth.
