Mod staff keep a roleplay server fair. They answer tickets, apply the server’s rules, review reports and bans, and run events. The owner posts the role, and you apply to the owner directly.

What the work is
Mod staff act for the server owner. They answer player tickets, apply the rules the owner sets, review reports and bans, and help run events. The owner decides the rules and what each staff member may do.
What it pays
Pay is set per post. Staff roles are often unpaid, and an unpaid role says so on the post. A paid role usually states a monthly figure or an hourly rate.
How to get hired
- Pick a post from an owner whose rules you can read before you accept.
- Send a short note on the servers you have moderated, how long you did it, your hours and your time zone.
- Describe how you handle a hard ticket, in a few sentences, without any player’s private details.
What to show
- The servers you have moderated, and for how long.
- A summary of one hard case you handled, with no player’s name, ID or chat log that breaks their privacy.
- Your hours and your time zone.
The rules
- Staff never ask a player for ID, a date of birth, a bank login or a payment.
- A staff role is never for sale. Nobody pays to get a staff role.
- Staff never run a file a player sends them.
- You are 18 or older, and you confirm it with a tick. Nobody pays to apply.
