MLO builder
MLO builders make the interiors and buildings players walk into: shops, homes, garages and offices. The owner gives the floor plan, and you deliver a build that loads on the server.

What the work is
An MLO is a building or interior made of linked parts that a server loads. An MLO builder models and packs the interior, sets the doors, the collisions and the lights, and tests that players can enter and move through it. The owner gives the floor plan and the scope.
What it pays
Pay is set per post. Posts usually state a project fee or an hourly rate. An unpaid role says so on the post.
How to get hired
- Pick a post whose floor plan and scope you can check before you start.
- Send a walkthrough video of an interior you built, and a list of the files you packed.
- Agree the scope, the deadline and the pay with the owner before you start.
What to show
- A walkthrough video of a build you made, not someone else’s.
- A list of the files in that build.
- Your test notes: entry, collisions, lights, and how the build runs on a loaded server.
The rules
- Your builds use only models and textures you have the right to use, and your handover names them.
- No real-brand props, signs or vehicles.
- You are 18 or older, and you confirm it with a tick. Nobody pays to apply.
